Goddess Chakra Dance Journey with Claudia

An ecstatic journey out of your head and into your body, tapping into the chakra system and activating the goddess archetypes. These sessions may include movement, kundalini yoga, breathwork, tapping, womb healing, meditation, mantra, reiki healing, and a world music playlist.
Please bring your yoga mat, bolster or cushion, tissues, and water or herbal tea.
