• Do you have a nagging doubt about who you are and that you have anything of value to offer?
  • Have you ever been congratulated on an achievement but felt that you didn’t really deserve that praise?
  • Do you have a desire to serve others with your gifts, talents, skill and hard-earned wisdom, but then question, “Who am I to do that?
  • Do you have to hide these feelings and pretend that you’re confident so that you give the appearance that you measure up to other people’s image of you?
  • Do you hold yourself back from fully stepping into your leadership and authority?

Western culture idealizes confidence and strength and shuns vulnerability, failure or making mistakes (and admitting it) as weak. However, when we are not honest and vulnerable with ourselves, or we don’t allow ourselves the grace to make mistakes, learn and grow, we can create a persistent nagging doubt in our abilities. We fear being wrong or “not getting it right,” so we arm ourselves with degrees and certifications to validate that we have something of value to offer. If we don’t deal with the underlying unresolved trauma, no amount of accolades, accumulation of skills or recognition will ever feel like enough.

Clare teaches you how to begin the healing process through parts work where you dialogue with the voices inside you and attunement to your body through listening to the tension and constriction as intelligent signs to give yourself compassionate attention. Through those techniques you can begin to develop the inner kindness that you weren’t able to develop as a child, meet your needs in the present moment and heal the past.
