Katie teaches self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-compassion to people of all ages, helping them create a sustainable and compassionate practice that supports living from the inside-out. Katie graduated from Northwestern University’s School of Speech with a focus in Radio, TV and Film. Having traveled her own journey from fear to faith, Katie is passionate about helping others develop tools that cultivate unconditional trust, and the ability to let go and let goddess. Katie’s most recent contemplative curiosity includes weaving word play with music, dance, nature, and “beautiful, lofty, loving” questions. Words create worlds, and Katie would love to support you in creating an inner world of your dreams, and an outer experience that reflects your new reality.
